California Releases Major Report on Community Choice

The California Energy Commission has released its Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Pilot Project Report, outlining the opportunity for communities to achieve accelerated renewable energy development at competitive prices. The Commission's report is based on its work with a diverse group of municipalities in California over the past few years, and is a great primer on the opportunity that Local Power has developed.
